A divine dessert: roasted pears, entwined with melting Gorgonzola, drizzled with golden honey and sprinkled with crunchy nuts. Gorgeous!




  • 4 pears
  • 200g gorgonzola
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Nuts

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Wash the pears and cut them in half. Empty the inside.

Arrange them in a dish and bake for 15 minutes.

Étape 4

Cut the Gorgonzola into small cubes. Remove from the oven, arrange them in the pears. Return to the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts slightly.

Add the nuts and honey and serve immediately.
