Tuna cake, dried tomatoes and black olives

An irresistible tuna cake, combining the salty taste of olive and dried tomatoes, a harmony of flavors. Gorgeous!




  • 2cans of plain tuna
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • black olives
  • A jar of dried tomatoes
  • 45mL olive oil
  • 150mL milk
  • salt and pepper


Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Stage 2

Mix the eggs with the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

Stage 3

Add the olive oil and milk. Mix again.

Stage 4

Cut the black olives in half and the dried tomatoes.

Stage 5

Add them to the bowl. Then add the tuna.

Stage 6

Pour the batter into a cake mold and bake for 45 minutes.
