  • 6 egg yolks
  • 150g sugar
  • 75g grated coconut
  • 125mL water
  • 30g of butter


Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 170°c

Stage 2

In a bowl mix the coconut and water, leave aside.

Stage 3

In a blender or a bowl, put the egg yolks, sugar, butter, coconut and water. Mix or mix everything.

Stage 4

Put a little sugar at the bottom of the muffin molds.

Stage 5

Pour the batter into the molds.

Stage 6

Bake for 50 minutes then leave to cool before unmolding.
