  • 4 peppers
  • 150g rice
  • 1 onion
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper



Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c.

Stage 2

Cook the rice as directed on the packet.

Stage 3

Chop the onion and fry it in a little oil.

Stage 4

Add the rice.

Stage 5

Chop the parsley.

Stage 6

Cut the tops of the peppers and remove them.

Stage 7

Place the rice inside and replace the top of the pepper.

Stage 8

Drizzle with oil.

Stage 9

Cook in the oven for 45 minutes.
