Salmon and spinach lasagna

A melody of flavors: tender lasagna, tender spinach, delicately poached salmon, all coated in a creamy cream and gratin cheese.




  • 1 package of lasagna sheets
  • 450g spinach
  • 2 salmon steaks
  • 1 onions
  • 100g grated cheese
  • 40cl crème fraîche
  • Salt / pepper



Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 210°c

Stage 2

In a pan, brown the onion.

Stage 3

Add the spinach and melt. Add the salmon steaks.

Stage 4

Oil a baking dish. Place a layer of lasagna sheets, add the stuffing, cover with pasta and continue in this way until the ingredients are used up.

Stage 5

Pour the cream on top. Sprinkle with gruyere cheese and bake for 30 min.
