Halloween Muffins

Make soft and spooky Halloween muffins, topped with sugar paste ghosts for a bewitching gourmet pleasure.




  • 2 eggs
  • 125g flour
  • 50g sugar
  • 80g butter
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 1/2 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 60g whole milk


Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Stage 2

Take out the butter to soften it. Whip it with the sugar. Add the eggs one by one.

Stage 3

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.

Stage 4

Pour it into the mixture. Mix well.

Stage 5

Add the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Stage 6

Then add the milk until you have a smooth dough.

Stage 7

Pour the dough in the mold and bake for 20 minutes.

Stage 8

Meanwhile, stick the marshmallows onto toothpicks.

Stage 9

Spread the sugar paste and use a cookie cutter to form circles.

Stage 10

Pick the toothpick -tooth with the marshmallow in the cupcake. Place the sugarpaste disk on top to create the shape of a ghost. Draw eyes and a mouth with melted chocolate.
