Roasted Carrots with Honey and Yogurt Sauce

Oven-roasted carrots, coated with paprika, honey and olive oil. Accompanied by a creamy lemon yogurt sauce. A gourmet delight!




  • 1 bunch of carrots
  • Paprika
  • Chéri
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 greek yogurt
  • 1 lemon
  • olive oil


Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Stage 2

Wash and cut the carrots in half

Stage 3

Place in a baking dish. Add the paprika, salt and pepper.

Stage 4

Brush with olive oil olive and add a spoonful of honey.

Stage 5

Put in the oven for about 30 minutes.

Stage 6

Mix the yogurt, lemon and a teaspoon of olive oil in a ramekin and season with salt and pepper.

Stage 7

Place the yogurt sauce on a plate and arrange the carrots.
