Mushroom and Chicken Pasta Gratin

  • 2 chicken cutlets
  • 250g mushrooms
  • 250g pasta
  • Béchamel
  • Salt/pepper
  • Grated Gruyere


Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Stage 2

Cook the pasta as indicated on the packet.

Stage 3

Cut the chicken cutlets, wash and cut the mushrooms.

Stage 4

In a pan, brown the chicken, add the mushrooms.

Stage 5

Meanwhile prepare the béchamel.

Stage 6

Mix the pasta, chicken/mushrooms with the béchamel. Mix.

Stage 7

Add grated gruyere for the gratin effect.

Stage 8

Put everything in a baking dish and cook for 30 minutes
