  • 1/2glass of bulgur
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1/2glass bouquet of mint
  • 1/2glass red onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper


Stage 1

Cook the bulgur as directed on the packet.

Stage 2

Meanwhile, chop the parsley and mint, slice the red onion and dice the tomatoes. Place everything in a salad bowl.

Stage 3

Add the olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper.

Stage 4

Add the bulgur and mix well.
