A flaky pancake coated with melting spread, hiding a delicious bean, golden and crispy, ready to charm your taste buds




  • 2 puff pastry
  • 250g spread
  • 2 eggs (including 1 for gilding)
  • 80g almond powder
  • 1 bean + crown



    Stage 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°c

    Stage 2

    Mix the almond powder, the slightly warm spread and 1 egg

    Stage 3

    Spread a puff pastry in the tart mold covered with parchment paper. Prick it with a fork. Put egg yolk all around the dough.

    Stage 4

    Spread the preparation with the spread.

    Stage 5

    Arrange the bean.

    Stage 6

    Place the second dough on top, seal the two doughs.

    Stage 7

    Brush the pancake with egg yolk, refrigerate it for 20 minutes.

    Stage 8

    When taken out of the fridge, brush again with the egg yolk then with the tip of a knife, draw on the pancake. Make a few small holes (to prevent the dough from cracking)

    Stage 9

    Bake for about 30 min.
