Cauliflower pizza

A light and crispy pizza, combining the sweetness of cauliflower, the richness of mozzarella and the freshness of vegetables.




  • ½ cauliflower
  • Tomato sauce
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 slice of ham
  • mushrooms
  • Olives
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 egg


Stage 1

Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets.

Stage 2

Preheat the oven to 180°c.

Stage 3

Mix half of the cauliflower in the flour/powder.

Stage 4

Put the cauliflower semolina in cloth and squeeze out as much water as possible from the cauliflower.

Stage 5

Put it in a bowl, add the egg and stir.

Stage 6

On a pizza pan, mash the cauliflower flour/powder .

Stage 7

Cook in the oven for 15 minutes.

Stage 8

At the end of cooking, add the tomato coulis, the ham, the pepper cut into strips and the mushrooms. Add the olives and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

Stage 9

Cook in the oven for another 5 minutes until the mozzarella melts.
