Asparagus with Parmesan

Green asparagus adorned with golden parmesan, crispy to perfection, a gourmet vegetable delight, a harmony of crunchy flavors.




  • 1 bunch of green asparagus
  • 50g parmesan
  • 30g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Olive oil
  • Salt/pepper


Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 200°c

Stage 2

Cut the stringy ends of the asparagus. Run the asparagus under water then dry it.

Stage 3

Mix the breadcrumbs and parmesan, dip the asparagus in the egg then in the breadcrumbs/parmesan mixture. Mix well.

Stage 4

Place the asparagus in a baking dish, brush with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place in the oven for 10 min.
